By submitting jobs through Creative Support Team (CST), you are automatically submitted into our Rewards Program!  Increasing the number of jobs you submit increases your chances of monthly rewards of up to $100 in Starbucks® gift cards and a year-end reward of up to $1000 in gift cards.

1. CST will reward participating stores that submit the most number of jobs to Creative Support Team (CST), regardless of the type or price of jobs.  If there is more than one candidate store with the highest number of jobs submitted, only one store will be selected or drawn from the list of candidate stores.
   
   
2. The CST Reward Program is designed to give employees of participating stores an incentive to share CST’s services with existing and potential customers of the participating stores.
   
   
3. The CST Rewards Program is offered for 12 months: January 1, 2012 through December 30, 2012.  CST reserves the right to cancel the CST Rewards Program at any time without notice.
   
   
4. Participating stores are those stores that are signed up to do business with CST.  There is no cost to signing up to do business with CST.
   
   
5. To qualify, participating stores must submit three (3) or more jobs during the reward period and invoice paid to CST for said job.
   
   
6. Monthly rewards are based only on the number of jobs submitted in the previous month.
   
   
7. The year-end reward is based on the cumulative number of jobs submitted to CST over the 12 month rewards period.
   
   
8. Participating stores may win more than one month during the 12 month reward program period.  However, winning more than one month does not guaranty the store will win the year-end reward at the end of the 12 month period.
   
   
9. Participating stores will be notified by CST before the end of the following month if they qualified and are selected for the reward.
   
   
10. The store(s) receiving a reward hereby allows CST to use the store’s name and/or likeness in internal or external newsletters and press releases announcing the receipt of a CST Reward.
    
    
11. Monthly rewards are given to employees of the store that submitted the jobs to CST.  A maximum of five-$20 Starbucks® gift cards will be rewarded to a store selected for that reward month. Owners will be required to give a list of the employees names.
    
    
12. The year-end rewards are given to employees of the store that submitted the jobs to CST.  A maximum of five-$200 gift cards will be rewarded to a store selected for the year-end reward.
    
    
13. Stores and/or employees of stores selected for the monthly and year-end rewards are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or penalties required by local, state or federal entities.  IRS 1099 form and/or other forms may be requested when and where required.
    
    
14. There will be two divisions for the purposes of this CST Rewards Contest:
    Independents and Company/Franchise Stores.
